06 Mega Cab Cab Lights

I have an 06 Mega Cab that does not have factory cab lights. I would really like to put some on but was wondering where to get them and if it comes with all the wiring and templates and how hard they are to install. Thanks for any help.

RECON makes the best lights. They have LEDs in Clear, Smoked, and Super White. www.reconaccessories.com

I don't know if they sell them with the templates or not.

If you get the kit from the dealer, it comes with everything except the drill bit, hole saw, solder and electrical tape.

That's the minimum number of characters for a post though
But seriously, why do you say he shouldn't do it?

I did it a couple of weekends ago and would do it again. Got the kit from a mopar dealer in Texas off ebay. Kit has everything, lights, pattern, wiring...except drill bits.

Can you still install cab lights if you have a factory sunroof? Looks like it should work.

I am still on the fence about the cab lights. I really like the look, but don't want to create a leaking problem.

I did mine 2 weeks ago and they turned out great. It's rained here off and on for the last week and a half and no leaking whatsoever. Just make sure you use a real good silicone when installing.
