06 auto tranny shifter out of adjustment?

06 auto tranny shifter out of adjustment?

so i shift my tranny into park which it goes nicely but the indicator on the dash doesnt always go into the "p" spot.. what can i do to fix it???? i tried to do a search but came up with a bunch of first gen threads..apparently im not wording it right... can some one help just a little? point me in the right direction? it is starting to anoy me with the honking when the door is open and the engine running.... i know its just out of adjustment but where do i adjust it?

Yep real bad when you have air horns hooked up and using factory horn relay. Scars the poo out of ya.

ill check into this... the gear indicator just seems to be a little out of adjustment...mostly in the park position. so ill check that. thanks for the thread ...

This is why mine have a manual valve ..... removes the "oops" factor.
