He hauls travel trailers out of Goshen Indiana to Montreal QC. Claimed he had 400,000 KM, roughly 250,000 miles on his 03 CTD. Only major problem was the injector pump just had to be replaced along with 2 injectors.

Other then that, said he is real happy with the truck. And no, I did not go out to look at the odometer. He gave me no reason to doubt his claim regarding miles. I know how these hot shotters run, I remember how I ran awhile back. I'll stick with my 1800 miles a week, and sleeping in my own bed next to the wife.

My youngest son is a hotshotter out of New Orleans with over 300,000 miles on his 2000 one ton chassis cab. He said other drivers he knows have over 400,000. He plans on selling when he hits 400,000 and one of the gasser drivers is waiting to buy the truck. When a friend and I were looking for a used CTD for him (after he rode in mine pulling a loaded stock trailer) we saw one on a lot that had 810,000 miles showing. The lot was closed so we were unable to ask questions about it.
