The defroster vent covers (fins) are completely gone on one and more than half gone on the others that defrost the windshield. Dodge sells a "Intrument Panel Cover" but the dealer doesn't know if it comes with the vent fins. Does anybody know?

Finally had a chance to take the dash-mat off and sure enough, it is all one piece.
