Which Tuner??????? I am confused..

I am tired of reading through countless threads trying to figure out which tuner to get?

smarty, edge, xrt, wait for the black max or minimax????? I am going crazy.

I like that the smarty turns off the egr. Do the other ones do this? which tuner will be best for stock truck and be able to grow with me as I decide to start deleting everything? Someone that actually knows please help me out.

This site will be biased.. But I waited for the Smarty just for that fact. I have a stock truck now and in the future if I choose to delete things then its available to me to just download that version of software and be done with it.

If possible could someone tell me exactly what I would need to do the deletes on my truck. Smarty s67, edge insight for gauges, exhaust to do the dpf, egr delete. Which ones and what are the best prices does someone sell a package all together that contains everything for a complete install??

Thanks again

Complete packages historically cost more.
For me its as follows (based on MSRP and may be lower)
Smarty - $685 US
Flo-Pro Turbo to Muffler 4" delete pipes - $375 CDN
EGR blocker kit from DPP - $85 US

Ability to download the latest software from MADS for my unit.. Priceless....(thats cheesey, but true)

So with the edge insight about $1500 . Do in need anything else? Resistors, relays, any other kits..

Using the Smarty.. Not that I am aware of.. All sensors can either be put back into the pipes or strapped to the frame rail/fender.

Yes, thank you. I was a bit curious about all this as well. I have gone the route of the Smarty thus far, and getting the Bully Dog outlook (instead of the insight as I've heard about some possible electronic glitches). Then it is a matter of getting the gumption to do the deletes...

Seems like one would just need the EGR blocking kit and the DPF and such delete pipe kit?

From what I read and re-read, thats the drill. I am only going with the pipes and the blocker kit. The cooler removal may come later on but for now only the bare essentials to get rid of the regens..

I went old school for monitoring.. 3 gauge windshield overhead pod Isspro EV2 Pyro/boost/tranny ~$425 US.
