Hello everyone, my 1st time here. In Wisconsin they are starting emission testing this year,but I would still like to get a smarty. I believe they will use obd only for testing.Could a truck pass with smarty downloaded or would I have to put it back to stock with the dpf back on? The Smarty is easy to redownload but changing exhaust every year would be a pia. Thanks in advance
