Ok guys I could use some help here. I just got my Smarty S67 with the REVO software downloaded. It ran great for about a week then, I got a P1451 code with the Exhaust Full, Power Reduced on the overhead display. I have the DPF delete pipe with bungs, and the Smarty S67 with Revo. I have the Smarty set to 7, but it runs like stock or worse. Any help would be appreciated. Also when I installed the delete pipe, my truck sounds like a jet at idle when warm and "gurgles or burbs in the exhaust when accelerating from idle?? Thanks. tom

 

It sounds like you might not have the ME version of the software installed. When you plug it in, do you see ME anywhere on the first screen?

Yes, when the truck is cold and the engine brake kicks on to warm it up, it will sound like a jet. Even when warm it will sound a bit louder.

 

I personally love the jet sound! I wish it was louder....I think it is the ME issue as well....Make sure that the program is correct.

 

Also have to make sure you unplug all the appropriate components as the pictures show on the ME install page. Most forget to unplug either the throttle valve or the EGR servo valve.

I would reload and make sure you have the latest ME software R23 loaded on the uploader.

 

As all others have said, and since you have a delete pipe, make sure you have deleted the exhaust, the EGR, and unplugged what you need to unplug. Then make sure you have the ME Program in the Smarty and this is downloaded to the truck. Go here:
