I got a great deal on a Smarty-6.7 with ME software installed, and my dumb Edit installed it before thinking about the ME and drove the truck 25 miles like that (AWESOME DIFFERENCE, Marco REALLY has it together ) The truck never flashed any codes and ran fantastic. I did this initially to get better mileage and that sure worked too!!!
It will be a few weeks before my DPF delete pipe will arrive.
My question is, can I load the stock 6.7 Smarty software into the programer and install that in the truck until the pipe arrives, or, how long is it safe to run the ME software on the truck assuming that I would go back to the stock program every couple of days so the DPF could regen? if that is a viable option, how often do these trucks regen?

Got the answer from marco.
For referance, the Smarty S-67 will take all of the software marco has for that programer. It took about 20 minutes to install the S software on the Smarty, and 5 minutes or so to install the program on the truck.
