I am asking dealers and those in the know, perhaps this question has already been answered and I missed it. I have heard and read that the Donaldson Powercore represents the latest in technology and advancement for CAI filters. They do use them in tanks overseas and some new diesels.
My question is this: Can you buy a Powercore that will fit an S&B for an 08 Cummins? I want to be able to see the filter and I heard that the Volant can have fitment issues.
If this does not make sense, I also need to know that as I am still new to diesel and have too many questions. Please help, I want the best for my truck. I'll be paying for it for a long time.
