6.7 turbo swap (project: silver bullet)

Swaping out the 6.7 turbo for a silver bullet. i will be taking pictures and have a step by step of the install. Should be starting in two weeks when i get all the parts needed for the swap.
1. plugs for coolant ports
2. 3rd gen exhaust manifold
3. 03-06 automatic turbo elbow
4. gaskets
5. turbo
6. studs
am i leaving anything out?

My debate is whether or not I want to lose the EB. What you want to do sure is cheaper than twins though....

It sounds like you have everything youll need. Might need to extend the oil return line and plug the CCV.

Hmm. Id keep ours and throw something under it and fine tune it with a fleece controller.

You got any other mods in place. Inj pump upgrades, injectors, etc.

south bend dual 750 hp clutch, smarty, afe intake, all deletes egr, dpf, straight pipe. i actually talked to john at majestic turbo.. said he was trying to work up a setup for me that might be able to use the stock manifold with a t3 adapter???? im callin him tomarrow to see what he has worked up...injectors, lift pump and arson cp3 in the future....just had the turbo left over from the old truck figured i'd put it to some good use lol

crank case valve....how do you plug it? do you have to plug it? can you just run a hose to the ground like old school?

I knew I should went with the G56, its gonna cost me an arm and a leg to get the 68re built to be able to play like this.

Yeah but you get better mileage then me tho and plus your gonna need your tranny one day to beat the hat

Just installed an HTT 66/73/13 on my truck. It is the nuts. The oil return line was a *****(so I was told) but it stretched long enough.
