XZT install, big problems, help !!! (all fixed now)

XZT, pressure only (DXZT2-S).
All connections are good.
MAP has XZT, then Edge.

Key on, no LED on Quad XZT box. Barely starts, but runs so bad, I shut off immediately. Almost like it's loping at 500 RPM.
Installed bypass plug instead of Quad box. Barely starts, loping at 1200 RPM.

Truck down, need help ASAP.

Is the pressure plug turned 180 degrees? It will still plug in if it's turned. Not trying to insult your intelligence, but worth a double check.

You probably shouldn't stack 2 pressure boxes together. I have never heard of an Edge/XZT combo being used by anyone and I am pretty sure it won't work. I am sorry if I am the bringer of unwelcome news.

Disregard I was thinking Edge EZ. My Bad.

Good Luck, Tom J.

check the fuel rail plugs as mentioned before. if you have them in wrong it will not power up the box.

Omaha,
You're a genius. Or I'm an idiot. Or both.
I checked the connection at the rail, but I could only get it to go one way. The piggy-back connection, however, could go either way.
Seems to be fixed now.
Thanks for all the input.
Steve

Sorry to hear about your truck. I thought they had it figured out. Hope they figure it out soon. Got my new quad box on. Mikey likes.

Nope. And now Star hotline - the hotline the Dodge techs call into with problems - says they have exhausted all the possibilities and I will have to drive to with the problem until it gets worse.
