WOW....just installed the Juice/ attitude!!
What a world of difference. So a few Qs:
1. Whats the highest I should the set the boost to?
2. Whats the highest my STOCK turbo can handle?
3. What should the tire size read on the attitude monitor or it doesnt matter?
I have stock tires 265/70/17 and it reads somthing like 2508.2 or somthin
4. Whats the safe EGT cooldown temp at shut off? Below 300 or below 400?
5. Is it normal when I punch it at level 5 to hear the trans trying to find the gear or somthing? Its like a noise from the trans that I can feel on my left foot??

You are going to need a tranny,,, the stock tranny will not handle the extra power that your juice is going to give you.
Your stock turbo is going to go around 32 psi,, and then drop down to 28 no matter what you set the attitude to. I just set mine to 35 psi(all this does is defuel if it happens to go over)
The safe shutdown is around 350.
I never fooled around with the tire size, I believe you have to get a tape measure and do an exact measurement for that to work
Hope this all helps you

In the 04.5 and newer trucks the boost can get to 40 on the stock turbo but it is way out of it's effective range. If you constantly blow 40 out of your stock turbo it will eventually let loose as it is over driving the tar out of it.
Look at the speed on your monitor versus the speed on your trucks indicator and that will let you know if it is set right or not. They should match.
Your tranny will not hold up to level 5 for long like Morkable said.
I shut my truck off at anything below 360.

no weird tranny noises here, I set my boost at 38 lbs, dont know about cool off time and what not, I am driving slow the last 3 miles of my trip with very little boost and very low temps.
I set my tire part and it doesnt change the speedo, just the shift points.

The tire size setting is really only for if you are running a different size tire than stock. You have to choose Speed as one of your display options and it will give you your corrected speed on the Attitude - it will not change the factory speedo. Your Juice manual should have a chart showing what number to program in as it relates to your specific tire size. I run my timer at 320 but ive heard anything under 400 is safe. Keep that thing turned down too with a stock auto or you'll roast it in no time. Valve body and TC upgrades are in order if you want to play safely at those power levels. I don't run mine over setting three except for the occasional messing around until I can afford tranny upgrades. By the way I hit 42 lbs of boost like nothing on level 3 and I hear this wont hurt anything.
Glad you like it - I love mine

no drag racing or sled pulling and I am done with power upgrades. I already have the BHAF and 4" straight pipe and I just wanted to add the EDGE which I did and thats it. I am not getting anything more. Just a daily driver. Definetly NO sled pulling or drag racing, I mean occasional street races but most of those are on on HWY's anways.
On anything but Level 5 you will not hurt anything unless you do dumb things, and you could do the same without the Edge. It will boost to close to 40 and settle somewhere lower on WOT. Don't do any hard boost launches and don't tow over 3 and you will probably not have any trouble. Level 3 is around 60hp and stock compenents can handle that without any trouble. You can set defueling for boost at 32 and EGTs at 1350 and not worry about it. I ran with same mods for pretty good while with no problems.
it may be better to stay stock tranny wise...cause at first when i started my addiction all i wanted was a Juice/Attitude too......but since i almost have a full billet tranny i figured i could stack an EZ....and well i needed a better LP.....and intake and then a bullydog instead of Edge and the list goes on to this day where i own a Hot juice/attitude, EZ, quad boost fooler, and a bullydog.
Ramswheelsby knows his stuff. Like he said, on level 3 you should be ok. but if you dog on it hard, it will break. I dog on mine hard.....i messed up my tranny when my truck was stock!
just don't put it on 5 and pull up next a corvette z06 and expect to win by launching in 4wd at 25psi. (i can do that..and i won....for 150')

Last time you asked that question I, among others, told you youd kill the tranny with a big box/programer/downloader. These dodge trannys are junk in the stock form, they really cant take much more power, and they surely cant take alot with those mods getting driven hard. You keep talking about street races but how you wont drag race it, yet in another post you talk about what tire sizes would do to times in the 1/4 mile. Even "highway races" will take their toll soon on the tranny. If you plan to keep the truck a while you might want to either remove the performance mods, or just spend the money on the v/b and t/c because itll be worth it in the long run, and will give you peace of mind that you wont be stranded because your tranny blew.
