I'm not there yeat but was wondering if a solid 100hp shot of nitrous would be a good idea.

2003 HO
SBC OFE or DD
Smarty, MP8
Silverbullet
GDP Fuel system
F1 Mach 2's
ARP Head studs

I was thinking that with that set up I'd be looking for a stage 2 CP3 shortly since I bet RP would get pretty low. Would addind a 100hp shot of No2 cure the problem of not being at my potential because of not enough fuel due from the stock CP3 and then add more HP to make it all nice and happy in the comustion chanber.

I heard the Flux 2 can be ran on a stock cp3 but a stage 1 or 2 would make it run the best but couldnt a bit of no2 make up for it nd then some.

What do you think?

Also how does the nitrous operate with a manual, only hits at WOT four different going the track.

P.S if this sounds weird its late

Nitrous burns the excess diesel that isn't being burned. So if you are overfueled and have a lot of smoke, the nitrous will be a benefit. If you are not overfueled you will see very little if any gain.

I dont follow NO2 on diesels much just cause I dont really have a need for it BUT if you are sprayin its kinda like addin more oxygen to the mix there for you need more fuel. It seems to me that NO2 would make a diesel run lean just like gas if you didnt have the fuel to burn, so IMO if you are already short on fuel NO2 would only compound the problem, so the money may be better spent on the stage 2 pump. JMO and if I am way off someone please correct me, the above statement is just me think out loud and my .02.
