Leave the Cat on..... It won't hurt anything plus it will not drone as bad.

 

whats this drone everyone talks about. is it too loud in cab or outside cab? is it the loud sound you hear most older 2nd gen dodges make?

 

Drone is lots of resonance inside the cab. Some people like it, but it gets to be a little annoying after driving for a few hours.

 

ok with a edge hot juice turning it up past 2 on a stock tranny will make the clutch or TC scream for mercy. you will never get the HP to the ground.
as for fuel the stock lift pump will not supply the cp3 with enough fuel to keep the fuel pressure up. stock lift pump pushes about 10-15 psi but metal lines are restrictive in the volume. the stock CP3 will keep up to the hot juice
with a clutch or TC and VB, upgraded lift pump and fuel lines and a pressure box you will be over 500 hp
i put down 507hp with a hot juice, ez, big line kit, afe intake, 4" exhaust and walbro 392

 

what are you talking about past 2? i drive daily on 5 like a loco motive and my clutch slipage is slim on percentage. what i would like to know tho is why wont my truck go past red line and boost no more than 30 psi? i thot the HX40 could do close to 40psi? the guy i actully bought my J/A from said he would hit 38psi and actully poped his FMIC hoses off multiple times, and his was and 05 too same "610", besides his, do i need to stack a chip on to knock my RL out? i got a price tonight on EDGE injectors ($527) but if i cant hit past redline i mis well spend the money on a xzt or mp8 and a LP brfore the injectors, any input? and SALLYMAN with that ****** wistler and straight pipe it never gets old as long as you like "diesel"

 

Im running hot juice w/ stock pump and i watch the RP via my Quad guage with no problems yet. I dont know if its 500 HP but on level 5 i only hit 335 rwhp on a mustang dyno. It was a weak dyno run with the backdowns still on.

On the Hot i ran a 13.85 1/4....boosted 4x4 launchs.

 

I must have a surprisingly powerful truck then. With just the Edge on level 6 I had 491hp the first time I ever dyno'd the thing. Turnt mp-8 on a little and torque went up alot. I have been on the two dyno's in my signature and both are well used and respected and both consistent. My 507 number was with the only addition of my GDP 392. These numbers where not with my current turbo either. THese are also on 35" tires. As well as my 1/4 mile time with same as above mods. I think that it is possible with right supporting mods.

But definately add 180 hp in my opinion.

 

Correction, the MP-8 is made by TS Performance. Not TST.

 

The attitude monitor is really weird, my boost won't go past 35 but I know I am running close to 50psi. What do you mean your truck won't go past redline?

congrats man thats great !! I have heard the power on juice ez stack is really linear & smooth.

my tst is mellow soft on the bottom them bam it spikes violent hit & pulls hard on top end.

I would like to try a ez/juice hot someday to see how smooth it runs on my truck.

 

Nope! You will be close if you ad the EZ,.... if you can use it on the highest setting (no popping).
