Just wondering if a 315 would work on a 2500 2wd? I have a Mega Cab coming and want larger tires and was wondering what the biggest I could go with the 2wd. If they wont work I will get the 285's-----I am getting the 4.10 rear so I'm not worried about losing power. With the 4.10 & 315's final would be 3.77 and with the 285's it would be 3.96. I just dont want any rubbing with the 315's

Hello. My last truck (see signature) had Toyo 285's. It had totally stock suspension. They never rubbed a bit, and I would always go up curbs with the wheel turned while parallel parking.

A while back on ebay there was a 3rd gen 2wd LWB with 315's. From the pics it really filled up the wheel wells. Couldn't tell if the fronts rub but it sure did look close.

The front tires will rub on full lock with a 4x4. A 2wd is just way too little.
