Ive been having some issues with my Triple Dog and the way it acts has really been confusing me, I just sat on hold with bullydog for 15 more minutes and cant seem to be able to talk to anyone there. So what is my next best option? Who else(besides bullydog) can I call to ask a few questions to?

 

1-866-Bullydog ext #2 ask for andrew he's the go too guy at the texas branch. Unless you can get ahold of buddy which is highly unlikely he's difficult to get ahold of.

 

Ok this is really getting old, I waited another 13 minutes and finally got some "help". They wanted to know nothing more than my name and year of truck. Tech support really had no clue how to answer my questions, other than "just update it". And there is no need to treat me like I'm stupid No wonder everyone told me to buy a smarty!

Is there any distributer or performance shop very familar with the product I can call? I just have a few simple questions.....

Thanks for the quick response buddy! I'm still not in the clear yet and didnt do a great job of explaining my issues I had alot going on when you called. Im thinking I should have just left it on 2.4.0 I messed with it for a few hours and finally decided to give it a break. What you sent me will only load to about 75% then it tells me "cannot find downloader please check connection" Ive tried 4 computers and they all do the same thing any ideas?

I just need to get it working before my friend gets his J/A on, he's been running his mouth and the last thing I want to do is lose to a 2nd gen with an edge! I have yet to have a second gen beat me and I dont want to start now

 

You'll smoke that 2nd gen with the edge no problem. I can walk all over my buddies 05 with the hot juice and I have crazy larry. Before I had all my mods.

 

I always have smoked 2nd gen's with edges no problem, but my triple dog isnt working..... Thats why I was concerned about it. Oh well I have 2 or 3 more computers to try downloading with at work this morning

 

Ok one more little update, at home and on my work computers all I get is the message "cannot find downloader please check connection" Does anyone have any suggestions? On my friends computer it will run up to 75% before giving me the same message

 

Does the bully dog use a USB cord to connect to the PC? If so have you tried a different USB cord to rule that part out? It sounds like a harware problem to me.

Thanks buddy for all your help! I just stayed on the phone with tech support for a half hour and he was more than helpful. He also stayed on the line with me for 15 extra minutes until we knew for sure everthing was working. And now it 2.4.d crazy larry

 

Ok one more question, the truck felt faster and smoked more with 2.4.0 extreme than 2.4.d crazy larry any ideas why?
