Wheel Question

I'm gonna lift my truck with a ProComp 5.5" lift and put some 355/65/18(36.2"x13.50) Nittos on and my question is which rim would be a better fit with less chance of rubbing and fit the tire better a 18x10 with -24mm offset/ 4.5" backspacing, or 18x9.5 with +22mm OS/ 6" BS? My pea brain doesn't quite understand the whole concept so if anybody can enlighten me I would really appreciate it. Thanks
If I were to do that sme lift, I would look at the 4.5" Backspacing. The 6" back spacing is going to sit to far in the fender for a decent Off-road look. Try to find some pictures to refer to. Most of the lifted trucks you see running around in CA are running the 4.5" backspacing.
Get the 18x9.5 with 6" BS. The first wheel will stick out 2" (because of the 2" less backspacing than stock) + 2"to 3" (because of the 2" wider wheel plus tire) for a grand total of 4-5" outside of where your OEM tire is now. YUK!
1/3 or so of your tire will not be under the truck!
IT will also not work with the lift....will stricke the front and rear of the front fenders when turning.
The 18x9.5 will be right at the limit.
I would run the 18x9.5 with 6" BS.

I believe this is a 5.5" With 20x10. I am not sure it belongs to WhiteSport600
