Wheel Liners

Fella's,
Where can I find rear wheel liners for my '04 Dodge?
Is the Dodge dealer the best place or are there better options?
Finally what should one expect to pay for a pair?
Thanks In Advance,
Damnyankee

I got mine from my local dealer, paid around $90 + Tax. I have seen some dealers selling them on eBay, but be careful and check shipping costs.

Good Luck

damnyankee,

Just a hint. If you intend to put the DC molded mud flaps on later, be sure to keep the small mini-liners that get removed in the process of installing the liners. I was able to use the metal thread clips from those (normally a throw-away) on a couple of holes during the mud flap install.

Any of you guys have pics of your trucks with the DC molded splash guards? I am considering those for my truck since they're relatively cheap. Hopefully they are big enough to protect the rocker panels from whatever a 305/70 can throw at 'em.

On the dealer molded mud guards, just be careful how you mount them. I put a set on my previous truck and it took the paint off. The paint came off along the line of where it touches the body. I don't know if putting some 3m tape along the edge would prevent it from rubbing. But my friends truck had the same results as mine. I went with the cummins flat one's this time.

Hmmm. I'll have to take a look. Thanks for the tip. Also, a right-angle drill attachment would make the job simpler, but it can be done without.

Rather than use a right-angle drill, I opted to rotate the tires during the install. Made life a lot easier with the wheels off!
