Its the standard (On the Bruteforce intake kit) 9" x 4 " opening Check the link below. Its on the bottom of the page. If you do go this route get at least one cleaning kit. They recommend at least every 20K, depending on driving habits,

AFE Stage 2 w/ PG7 and a pre-filter. NO Regrets awesome sound. It looks kinda like a 5 gallon bucket!!

After installing an afe stage 2 every time I pop the hood the filter minder is sucked all the way down. Never sucked it down with the stock filter and box.
Sure love the whistle through the afe. sure hate to go back to stock.
