If you don't have one, most auto parts stores carry them. All you need is a fuse tap for a mini-fuse.

it came with 3 little brass taps? are those them? so u dont need a inline fuse just the taps?

Yep that's them. The three little brass taps. You'll only use one though.

3. 2 yellows and 1 red. (i have turbo timer)...also will that boost elbow work on a 2004.5? if not will it work on a 2000-2002 ram diesel?

I don't think the boost elbow would do anything on an 04.5. Not sure if it will work on the older ram either.
