what is the tst "twins" program??

what is the tst "twins" program??
when you say tst with the twins program what is the twins program and how is it different than the normal tst?

Normal - starts fueling at 12psi, all in by 35psi

03 (original) twins program - starts fueling at 4psi, all in by 12psi
05 (new) twins program - Weaker than 03 twins program, Call TST for more info
