I talked to Dave Goerend today and ordered my transmission. He said that for my application he might set the converter stall the same as stock or a little tighter but he was going to talk to some people who have set up trucks similar to what I want to do and he would get back to me on it.

 

I vote 89% and add a lock up switch for 100%

 

What is meant by the %? The amount of slip in the torque converter? What would the stock converter be so I have something to compare to.

 

With my mods and predicted use I figure on having mine set around 1900-2000 rpm.
