How to set low boost fuel on juice attitude?

On my juice attitude I notice some settings called low boost. You can go into each setting and adjust for more or less smoke for each setting. What does that do exactly? what would you want for mileage and what would you want for power? would you want more fuel before turbo spooled for power or less fuel before spool?

More fuel is more power, spools turbo quicker

ok so basically for all settings 1-6 (hot unlock #6) It would be in my best interest to set them all at more smoke?(instead of less smoke?)

Well sure if you want it to smoke every time you hit the pedal, If your looking for better fuel economy then set it to less smoke, if your looking for performance then set it higher
