What to stack with the Bullydog?

im interested in stacking another performance chip on my bullydog tripledog, and was wondering what is the best to do with a stock clutch and tranny? Right now i have the crazzylary program on it now and love the power but on the other setting on the downloader it doesnt have low end torque until about 1800 rpms. Thanks for the advice and help

i have no idea what you are talking about the 1800rpm thing.....

but stack a Quadzilla product on it. Quad Race, Standard, or an XZT. If theres timing rattle, send it to Quadzilla and he will take timing out of it for ya.

When i run the truck on any level besides the crazy larry program the power doesnt kick in until 1800 or 2000 rpms. Im not sure whats going on but when i first ever downloaded it i could run the truck on tow economy and had all the power i needed and now it feels like stock when its on tow economy, and now im running it on performance to have the power. If any of that made sense to ya

haha....you're getting used to power. I used to think performance was fun....now nothing short of scary larry is acceptable for me.

Tow/Economy and Performance probably don't do much til 1800rpm....or not enough to really notice.

run with Crazy Larry all day long if you act like theres an egg under your pedal. Crazy Larry will net you the best mileage. If you are going to abuse crazy larry power, get a clutch.

I'm stacking an Edge EZ with my Triple Dog...works awesome! Any of the Quad boxes work great too....

In particular, you're speaking of the lack of low end power below 2000 RPMs...then the EZ or a Quad box will be just what you need. I have awesome low-end power with the EZ on Level 1 or Level 2 while running the Bully Dog on Tow/Economy.

Just my 2 cents!

I ran a bullydog powerpup with my edge juice. Worked good, but there is alot more better stuff available,.,, but with stock clutch etc, dont bother trying to stack anything, you will have dust in no time

I ran a stock clutch in my 05 for a long time with the juice power pup stack and it held for a long time. I upgraded clutches and it slipped really bad under warranty then they fixed it and it held for a while. the tst/power pup stack done pretty well for me. It ran alot different than the juice did BUT it was not the "hot" version.

I got an Edge EZ stacked on my Power Pup and the power is incredible, smooths out the the roll on a lot too. Do u have stock intake? That could be the low end issue with all that fuel being dumped in there. Edge Ez is great but watch that stock clutch and dont lug it too much.
