what to set what?

well, i have picked up my TST box,got all the lastest goodies on it,with cool down,a new BDDL as well. put the SPS66 on the other night. what ineed to know is where the best settings are,so i have something to start with.
i am going to start with EZ box on level 1,and BDDL on 90hp, and TST on 4/3
any body got other settings to try?
also, coming home i tried to get into it coming onto the highway, but it seems to pop, and make lots of noise under the hood, so i back out of it. am i not used to this kinda power? are not so normal noises to be expected with all the juice on tap?
i was kinda scared,so i haven't played with it again. the EZ box was at the 3rd level, which is 50-60hp i think. i am changing that to the first setting, because i think thats too much pressure. still trying to figure out all the new fuctions with the TST.
anybody with the cool down function, i am alittle confused about the whole pusher pump thing. i run a DD pusher pump right now, and it plugs into the factory connector.do i need to move this connection, in order to run the cool down function?

Every truck seems to act a little different with stacked performance mods.

I am currently running the Smarty at 90hp with timing, EZ on 1, TST Timing set to 3* Auto and set on 3/0 for daily driving. Will try to up EZ to 2 or 3 and TST to 4/0, 4/1, etc. for first track testing tomorrow and see what happens.

You have many combinations to try with the TST options. I would start with some reduced timing on the TST and start with low settings 2/0 and go up one step at a time until the popping and rattle get too bad and then back off some. It is a time consuming process to find the best stack combo with a triple stack.

i will say
i have now put the EZ on 1, bully dog still on 90, and the TST was on 4/3,but getting on it it pulls real hard, then seems to cut out, makes noise, sounds like a popping or something under the hood on passenger side. almost like the air intake barking, the noise the motor makes gets louder, and then i have to get out of it.
i tryed that already doing like 60kms, and then rolling into it. it seems to work better if i am at a stop , then roll into it.i haven't hit the egt limit of 1450, which is where i have it set to defuel. i am pretty sure that i have the timing off, or set to auto. i am not sure where i need to put the timing.
this never ends,i might have to upgrade the inner cooler,or something, because i can for see the temps getting up there again.maybe i am running out of fuel.i have a fuel pressure gauge, just not installed yet.

i am going to try that aswell, i know there were some posts about the guys who have the same set up as me, and where they run their boxes.
i am not sure if i should have the dog on 90, or tow mode.
i am going to try lower numbers on the TST , to see if i can't get a full pull out of it before the temps get too hot, or it starts making too much noise

I seemed to have better results with the Performance program on the BDTD when I was running it. But at that time I did not have the adjustable timing on the TST.

seem to have good luck with the TST box, on 3/3, and 2/3, not as much going on, and temps were quit low.
boost seems to hit around 50psi, just depends on were i get on it.
does anyone here know, if i need to change where my pusher pump is getting it's power from. the DD pump, hooks into the factory harness/plug where the stock lift pump hook into.
they talk about running the wire in a different place when running a pusher pump, but maybe the FASS kit, and other run a different wiring to power up the pump. i haven't tried this cool down function yet, as i don't want to destroy something on the TST box.
if any one knows, could you please explain, or i will have to call down to TST to get the scoop.

try like 4-2 or 5-2 my truck likes the bottom number on 2 and the top number any were from seven and up. I don't lose any power until after 9-5.

well i tried the BDDL on tow, and played with the TST on the twins setting, seems i can't find a good combo.
i took out the BDDL and played with the TST on twins and standard program, and still can't seem to find a happy medium. it's like my truck has all this power on tap, but i can't use it.
if i try the higher settings, it seems to pull real hard for a bit, then kinda fall off, lots of smoke, but not pulling anymore, and lots of loud exhaust.
maybe the tranny is no good, just had it rebuilt with a converter, and updated the valve body with more line pressure.
it doesn't seem to be slipping, but thats what the power feels like when on it.

Your rail is drying up. Try finding lower settings that produce better numbers.

A rail gauge will help. I would also consider a better lift pump and higher lift pressures to maximize your stock CP3.
