Long time looker, first time post'er...I have an '05 with edge J/A and am in the process of installing my brand new Garmon stage 2 trans. Currently on hold awaiting a new transfer case as it was found broken after removal. Can't wait to try out the new trans, anyhow, I will be looking to get in the 500+ HP range with the 5.9 and would like to see what others on here have done in the same range and how they like it, how reliable, issues, smoothness, etc.

 

FYI, first plan I have is to ditch the edge and jump on the Smarty band wagon...

 

You should be there with just the Smarty.

 

A smarty can give you 500+ WHP on a stock motor?

Got the Garmon trans installed, rebuilt the transfer case with a new case and finally drove it...wow, now we have a REAL truck! This thing is amazing
