What modification to do next??

Well, I am very happy with the set up on my truck now, but I'm obsessed! I want more

Recently hitting the dyno resulted in 539 RWHP/990 ft/lbs. The power curve is very short and I'd like to broaden the power curve some. First off, I'd like to do some ARP head studs and since I'll be right there while installing them, I figure I might as well swap out injectors. Is a modified CP3 best to use with aftermarket injectors, or does it not matter? I don't want to slap on injectors w/o doing the CP3 if it's a "good idea" to upgrade the CP3 when upgrading injectors. Anyway, assuming I leave the injectors and CP3, what else would you do? I am contemplating throwing on a TST box to stack w/ the Smarty and MP8. I want to stick with the smarty because I have so many program options to help keep low throttle smoke quantities down using the stock TQ management programs. Fire out your suggestions.

Thanks!

Put a PPE sticker on your truck and you will gain atleast 30 at the rears.

BDCL has the same top end as the smarty...almost identical dyno curves back to back...the only difference were a slightly higher peak w/ the CL tune.

How much power can be extended without a cam?? Will the injectors make a nice difference up high or just a minimal improvement...and the cam the only real solution?

Id suggest atleast giving Scary Larry a shot....its night and day difference over Crazy Larry. You have an 05...it should work....

I've given it some thought. My only reservation is the low RPM, light throttle fueling. Being a 6 speed truck, every time I shift and get back onto the throttle I smoke out the cars behind me. With the smarty I can run stock torque management programs that keep smoke down when driving normally. How smokey is the scary larry program under these conditions? The moderate and wild smarty programs are a blast to drive as long as I don't look out the rear view....they are way too smokey for normal driving.
