Whats best for my $$$$$$$$

so i got some of the answers i needed, but i hope i can get some more info bc i want the best setup its a bone stock 06 4x4 mega cab 2500 if theres ne one who can send some advice for the best stackable power source it looks like a smarty with the mp8 but i wanna good bit of incite on this decision also it sounds like the afe stage 2 is the better choice for intake as well please let me know what to do also what should i do to my tranny thats prolly gonna come first
