53 ******,
I would be intersted in one for an NV4500. I really didnt see anything on this thread about one.
I guess if we got you the thread size your machine shop could just tap it for us 5sp. guys.
Just did some searching and it looks like the NV4500,5600 and G56 are all 10x1.5mm thread.
I'LL TAKE ONE!

I can tell you it works, i made my own version yesterday and it makes a huge differance! Mine started at 3 1/4 lbs. and was way to heavy. I machined more and more and more... its down the 2 1/4 and still feels to heavy but shifts nice. I think ill go at it so more later, im worried of shifter fork ware. Im wondering how 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 will work. Any ways i dont know what this guys wieghs but dont dought it working, his looks nice i would recemend any one without a lathe to grab onr from him!

here is the next version...machined out the inside to lose some weight...the official weight is now 1.5lbs should be perfect
now that I dropped the weight I don't think it will have any pressure or effect on the shift forks...and it bounces back from the spring pressure to the middle neutral of the shift pattern...the first rough cut did not...
sorry about the dirty truck pics
I dropped a ton of weight by taking out the inside.
I think I will drill the hole a little deeper so the **** threads down a little further.

The T-Case ***** just unscrew right? I didn't want to go wrenching on mine and mess up the threads.
I was thinking about putting one of the .44 magnum ***** from Diesel-Max on.
But if you guys are going to run a batch here I will go with your *****. I must have mine powercoated/anodized/spraypainted or something. Not a fan of chrome/silver at all. I know im a real ***** about that, sorry. lol

I believe someone asked for a couple pictures of the 4x4 shift ****. I just walked down my icey as heck driveway to get to my truck and I busted my butt twice. They are not the best pictures but they will have to do pending my unfortunate circumstances.
Don't mind my ditry truck, it's still winter.
Just because the above pictures were so junky(I couldn't figure out how to get that blurr out of there) I took the liberty to whip up another junky picture of a shift ****. It would like like this if you were sitting in the drivers seat looking down at the **** on the floor.

Where were you at a couple of weeks ago when he asked? Production was delayed a whole week until I could get home last weekend and take that very same pic so he could make the TCS pattern. His mega is push button so he didn't know what it looked like.
