Wastegate Noise at High RPM?

Wastegate Noise at High RPM?
When really getting on the throttle I sometimes hear a noise when at high RPM. As if something is losing pressure or air. Is this the wastegate?
I do seem to lose power when this happens.
Maybe I am running out of fuel? Does this make a sound?
