Scratch the injectors off your list until you get a larger turbo.

Sell you bully dog in the classifides and buy a Smarty. Many many members have made the switch on their 03-04 and are all The Smarty will give you an extra 90-100 hp over the bully dog on 03-04. If you still need more swap in a 04.5+ turbo and you will have 450whp.

Or you can run a mp8 for adjustability on top of the Smarty. Thats how all of us have been doing it for the 2 years leading up to POD. I personally perfer the MP8 billet **** vs the ugly smarty pluged into the OBD port stashed somewhere and then hit the right buttons for "power on demand". The MP8 added 50whp and 110wtq on top of my orignal Smarty program on my 03....thats alot more then the bully dog adds through the levels of adjustability. I know a member who only saw a 20 whp gain on his bully dog when switching between the lowest and higest setting on his 03 HO.

Smarty/MP8 stack has proven to be the most reliable and powerful and user friendly stack on 03-04, just ask anybody.

Sure POD is a nice feature but just not for me, maybe once I get injectors I will need it.

I don't run the POD, but I won't knock it, it has come a long way and many ppl are extremely satisfied with it. I've had some popping issues with the Revo and TNT so I unfortunately don't use them. I run an older Beta program and it has been great, you don't have the adjustability like the Revo or POD, but that's where the MP-8 comes in, it is great for adjusting. And the older Beta programs will blow the Revo out of the water, go nec to neck with the TNT, and won't be too far behind the TNT/R as far as power goes.

But any way it goes, when you switch from the Bullydog to the Smarty you will notice a big change in your truck.
