Voltage at Thermocouple???

Just installed a set of ISSPRO guages, trans, pyro, and boost. The pyrometer is not working and I have troubleshot everything. There is no voltage on either wire at the thermocouple, should there be? I would imagine its really low, hence the amplifier. Anyone know or do I need to call tech support. Also, what could I expect for stock boost readings? Thanks everyone!

Sounds like you have the EVs with the amp. I don't think it's a TC because the extension wire is just 2 conductor copper. TC probes require TC extension wire but it can be a lower grade than the TC probe itself. I'm guessing the EVs use a thermister. Isspro should have the resistence table. TCs produce millivolts. The direct reading pyros just use a millivolt meter with a temp scale instead of a millivolt scale. Craig
