did that truck hit nearly 50 pounds of boost? What is done to it besides the stack?

good grief you are having fun with that truck, 50 psi isn't just for tires anymore......... what else have you done to ensure egt's don't go too nuts, is it just the quick controlled use of the peddle? cause that could get addicting real fast.

Edit : you don't tell us what position the quad smoke switch mod is in, nor what it is, sounds like a switch on the map line controlled in cab?

 

Looks good dodgezilla04. Have you been able to dyno yet? I run the same stack on mine. I did 439/892...hope to be over 500 with a set of Flux injectors.

 

i am running a II SPS 62/14. keeps the egts below 1200* towing, and 1100* with that stack.

yesterday she did hit 52psi, i backed it down to 47.

my son is as bad as me. thank goodness.

with the new wild tm from smarty, i dont need the quad smoke switch to get the hairdryer rolling. yes the smoke switch is cab controlled giving the ecm the indication the map is at full boost, when it isnt, giving much more fuel off idle.

i dyno'd in october at BD, 389/910 without the smarty and the clutch slipping above 30 psi of boost. should be over 450/1000. since october, new south bend clutch, smarty, and exhaust work. i'll tell you tomorrow afternoon, hitting the dyno again at 10 am tuesday.
