VA 3.2 Stack with Quad

VA 3.2 Stack with Quad
Has anyone sucessfully stacked a VA CP3.2 with a Quad 0-50-10?
I just recently tried and no luck...truck would not start. Any ideas or thoughts?
The VA is duration and the Quad is simple pressure (I think) and they don't share common hook up points. It all seems like it should work...but?
