Ive been seeing pretty good deals on edge's in the classifieds here with pillars...buying a used one are they worth it to save couple of bucks ???

 

I have bought and sold used boxes on this and other sites. I have yet to have a problem BUTTTTTT, I will only buy from someone who has been a member for a while. I will not buy from a one post member because that's just trouble waiting to happen. As far as if it's worth it, you can sometimes get one for half price just because it's used. If it works fine then you save a bunch of $$$ to put towards other stuff....

 

Yeah, try to stick with a somewhat reputable member.
You can usually get a feeling on how they operate by post count and if they say much about themselves and where the reside.
Just my experience...

 

i always laugh when i see members with 1-10 post trying to sell things on these forums...THEIRS NO WAY!!!

 

I have previously sold my AFE Stage I w/Torque Tube, 3 Alloy Wheels, Quad Race box and Edge HOT Juice/Attitude on forum classified ads with no complaints from the buyer. I got some money back and as far as I know they got a good price on working used merchandise. I agree about researching the member before making a decision.

I hope I have enough history for you guys and gals when and if I think about moving to some of Quads products and sell my BDDL.

 

I bought my EZ from a member over on the TDR site. Saved me a few hundred dollars...

I purchased a new Edge juice w/attitude for 645 shipped. The best I could find used would have saved me $100.
I felt that saving a few $$ was not worth it

 

Ive bought boxes off here saved a bit of money worked fine.

 

i ahve bought and sold off this site. never a problem, every one that has sold me something,being it used or new, never used, was always honest, and upfront with anyproblems etc. never been screwed with shipping charges, and every thing has come not broken , and well boxed.
i haven't had any body come back to me as of yet, and i hope i never do, as i try my hardest to be the same.
i think if you can save your self some money, why not?
not only are you helping your self, but your helping another member,which in turn keeps this site running smoothly,because people talk.
i love this site, for everything in it.
