Ok fellas and ladies give me a list of boxes and programmers and what type they are. " duration", pressure and so on

There are so many different brands. For what it is worth I have the quad standard box for well over a year now. It is a mild pressure box with some timing and duration. Very smooth power and has a very reasonable price tag. Couldn't tell you much about the others.Good luck reading all of that confusing info.
