Upgrade Turbo

A friend of mine has a 92 diesel, would a turbo off an 06 be much of an upgrade, and if so can it work. What does he need to make it happen. Thanks

the turbo would be an upgrade.... that is a pretty big turbo for the 92 flavor. It can be made to work... you should post this in the first gen section for best replies.
