Here is a graph of a run that I did on Thursday with and without my MP-8.

If you notice that after peak power the graph has a bad shimmy and that is felt tremendously in the truck.

If I go back to all my dyno runs since I started dynoing and put the smoothing on "0" all my graphs show the same shimmy, its just WAY more pronounced on these runs than the previous ones.

Anyone know what it is and why its occouring???

 

List of mods would possibly be helpful. Do you have a dual feed rail?

 

DDP 90's, Super B Special, II 85% pump, TNT/R, MP-8, AD150, 2nd gen manifold swap.

No dual feed line.

 

626hp= bully dog crazy larry, meth, 50hp stixs and garrett stage 3 with exhaust side stage 2 mod, intake, exhaust, raptor.

No meth equals 588hp.

Add EZ and close too 700hp, upgrade from 50's to 90's = 700hp, EZ and 90's with above mods and 750hp all done at 6000ft elevation.

Graph looks good but i think you can be getting more power out of your truck. Doesnt look like much changed between mp8 on or off...20-30hp give or take?.....

Whats the build date of your truck? we have experienced dramatic differences in power with different power adders depending on build date. Even between early 07's and late 07's same goes for 2005-2006
