Do you happen to know if you have installed the .net Framework from Microsoft?

Need a little more info. Are you running XP or Vista or ??

I have the X2 and when running Win XP you should run the MM file first which brings up the programming window. Plug the module in next. If you look inside the module from the 20 pin connecter end you will see a little red light on inside. At that point I usually click on "Get information from Module". If it reads correctly and shows the Feature Code(s) I then click on "Update Module". Make sure if you are running XP you have Microsoft .net loaded.

At this point I'm not sure. Seems like Quads SW has been a little finicky sometimes. Might try calling Quad customer service at this point. Sorry.

Mine acted like youa re describing, I removed it from the program manager and then ran the software again and waited for it to tell me to plug in the module, at that point it took a few minutes and all sudedenly was good. Try removing the software and re-installing it again. Worked for me.

This happend to me as well. I talked to Roark at Quadzilla about it. When you pull up the screen to "get info from module" there is the Quadzilla logo on there. I did not click on that first. By clicking on the logo, it takes you through the step by step on recognizing the driver for the X2. Try that out next and see what happens (famous last words ha ha). This might get you over the hump on this one. Hope this helps.
