Update # 2

Well I got my turbo back from Chris @ ED and he said they didnt find anything wrong with it!

Truck is back up and running and I finally got the TNT-R tune so I tried SW#5 TM-2, Timing-1, RP-1, WG off, truck runs great it feels like the regular TNT on 7, but im still only seeing 40psi with the Smarty and 45psi with the TST on 2/0, I just bought a new intercooler boot kit and tightened my clamps down three different times, am i gonna need some injectors to get this thing going or what, ive seen fellas running Silver Bullets with stock injectors hitting 50-55psi!

IDK fellas any ideas??????

Less timing will net more boost.Try timing 3.I also agree you need bigger stix and that will lead to a modded pump and that will lead to........hahaha Everything we do leads to something else!

well I know McConnelsburg is a small town, but I'm pretty sure they don't shut the roads at night, load er up and give it a shot, I'll sit back and watch more of ultimate knockouts 2 while I wait, George just might do the same thing (spike tv )

You need fuel......... Also remember, boost is not power. Just because someone is making more boost that doesn't equal more power all the time.

On mine, with Flux 2's, I'm seeing 45 psi boost with the Smart on TNT, SW#5, Timing on 3...nearly the same turbo. I think you just need more fuel.

I see 48 psi with my truck on stock fueling basically. I will have my DDP 150's in the truck hopefully Saturday. I run my Smarty on level 3 and see 44 psi. But Boost is just another number just like Erick stated.
