Two questions

I have two question. The first one is fuel pressure going to the CP3 is very errratic from 16 down to 0. I'm using the Quad RP/LP guage. Any ideas?

The second is this weekend I'm installing Boost/Pyro/Trans guages, ATS exhaust manifold, cab lights, and strobe lights anything I should watch out for?

For the fuel pressure i would say check that the connections at the pump and make sure that they didnt come loose or that its not grounding out somewhere.

Checked the wires at the pump and the sending unit for the guage but it's still doing it. The truck runs fine. It's got me scratching my head on this one.

If your max is 16psi, you simply aren't getting enough fuel in the first place and are bypassing the rest. So when you get on it, you are using up all the fuel that is flowing to the cp3. Use the spring/shim kit for the return valve in your GDP setup and get that pressure up around 35-40psi at idle and then see what it does while driving. I know when I installed mine right out of the box it was less than 20psi at idle and so I had to add shims in that return valve so that less fuel was returning back to the tank.

I am going to order the spring/shim kit today and thinking about replacing the sending unit but I don't have a part number. Does anyone know what it is for the Quad FP kit?
