Guys whats the best way or any shortcuts in swapping out the stock turbo for a HTTB2 turbo on an 06 Cummins. Just want to have as much info before turning the first wrench. Thanks

Just start wrenching! Good luck

 

Be sure to put the oil drain on the new turbo before you get it on. (Much easier). When I put mine on I pulled the exhaust manifold. It was alot easier to do it on a bench. If you haven't tapped it for a pyro, then would be a perfect time.

After you get it hooked up crank it over, without starting it. WHen oil comes out stick the tube in the block and your good to go.
