I just wish I knew more about the turbos and how hard it is to make them work. I can do all the bolt on part, its just the electronics and mechanical parts.

 

It is not that bad. And you're here at a great site where lots of folks have already been there, done that and made the mistakes and can help you through it. Lots of opinions to wade through sometimes, but it is all good.

Really, if you can get an 04.5 turbo for free, it'll give you a little more, yes. But if you can, there are a lot of much better turbos out there. you have to decide what is worth the trouble and $$.
