You must have the ramifier in 1st. It's capping the output boost signal at 23 so it won't throw an overboost code... it doesn't know the TST is behind it. Plug the TST into the MAP sensor first then the ramifier into the TST. You'll see full boost and will get more power.

im not sure about that. I believe i plugged the TST in first. Is this 23psi problem common if you installed wrong?

I just installed a TST in mine and I'm having a similar problem. I have it stacked w/ a Quad race box but the Quad is turned off. Mine will get up to 35psi and then just backs down to 30psi. It's great for keeping the EGTs low but it sucks for power!! Not to mention what the stinkin Defueling is doing to me!!
I plugged the TST in first (I think) and the Quad after it. I say "I think" because I'm not sure which side of the plug is considered "First". Can someone explain???

"plugged in first" means directly to the sensor. Remaining connectors are after. Here is the sequence....
...MAP Sensor......TST......Quad/EZ/Ramifier/?.......Then wire harness to ECM.

I think there are more questions here than answers. I am not doubting what you say (Leadfoot) whatsoever. I have seen a maximum of 32 psi out of my Outlook monitor. I see you have one of these. I installed a mech. boost guage today. I was too tired to test. I know my mechanical wastegate only begins to open at at least 40. What gives? What is the logic here from an electronic standpoint?

I know the TST clips boost at about 26 psi according to Mark. If the TST is on first, how would the Outlook monitor, or other divices that use the stock boost sensor read accurately? The stock sensor is voltage and I think maxes at about 4.5V. It saturates at about 40 psi.

Chime in electronics people, please.

(edit) IF you rely on the Outlook for the boost signal, then shouldn't it go first in the order??

Help please.

Chris.
