If it is the R49 I think you can do it other than that I dont know, just give em a call to day and ask em. It may be useful to have your serial number on hand when you call.

 

It all has to do with your serial number,... that's the key. Call TST and ask for Danny and he can tell you. Yes, it needs to be the R-49. $50 will get it done. You also get the turbo cool down feature which is sweet.

 

Look on your TST box and if it has a serial number higher than 5000 you can have EVERYTHING! TT03, TT05, Standard, rail pressure (like a MP8), rail pressure gauge, adjustable timing, cool down timer by temp or time. You just need the controller. Stack it with a SMARTY and hold ON!

 

what do you mean box? like the box it comes in or the box itself that you mount on the truck??

 

The serial number they refer to should be on the module mounted under the hood.

 

Yes you can, I had a 1400 serial number(an early one) And it has everything except the fuel rail pressure and adjustment. Other then that it has adjustable timing, early and late twins along with standard and economy programming, turbo cool down timer, everything that the new ones have. I know have the r49 since I wanted the fuel rail pressure option. It cost me lie $250 and that included a new wiring harness which u will need if you want the cool down timer. Other then that it worked as good as my new one.
