TST question

Fixing to be buying a TST off another forum. Guy is not fimiliar with tst so doesn't know which version it is.. I know it has built in gauges on the remote so Im guessing its at least the CR47 model.. Anyway to tell if its the cr49 besides having the built in programs? SN is #1897 but whos to say it has not been updated to cr49? How do you scroll through the options on the remote to tell if its a cr49 for sure?

TST powermax

The units with rail pressure capabilities, adj timing, adj boost limiter, egt limiter, and turbo cooldown timer are serial numbers 5000 and above

Correct so cr49 from tst thereself will be SN 5000 and above? But if this box was sent in to get the upgrade to cr49 would they change the SN on the box?

bump... when cycling through the options on a cr49? Can you just push the grey button. It will go through options hp then tq and then what?

Then the defuel points, (boost and exhaust), and then to timing if it has adjustable timing and no rail pressure.

Call TST and give them the number off the box. They will be able to tell you everything you need to know about it.

But only they can update it. And when they do the make note of it in their little system. At least thats what they told me they do. Good luck.

If it monitors exhaust temp its a r49. It just doesnt have adjustable timing. But tst can add that for you
