TST, MP8,Water, and stock turbo
There is going to be a dyno event near my home town in a couple months, I really want to take home the top dyno last years was like 480 or so. What do you guys think i would dyno at with the stock turbo and parts listed. Ive got a cluth on the way. I will be upgrading the turbo in time, I just dont think ill have the funds soon enough. When i do go for a turbo im thinking something like a htb2 to a sp66. How much HP would a turbo add for my setup. I know its never the same for each truck but i just wanted to know what the general consciences is. Thanks for any input. Joel

I will say that I can not use all of TST's power, as my clutch is holding me back. Egt's do get up there, but I have been playing around with the TST and BDPP, currently on 4/3, 12*, tt05, BDPP 50HP, and I can slip the clutch if I short shift 5th or 6th gear and load the motor. If I stay in the throttle too long, EGT's will hit 1400* on that setting above and 40LBS of boost stock turbo, and those are my defuel settings (1400/40)
Once I upgrade the clutch, then the stock turbo is going BYE BYE as I need to unleash this TST madman

Ive been running the tst mp8 stack for a while how with no problems. I still have the stock boost elbow in the turbo which keeps boost at around 32 psi. Im guessing it could be higher but i dont have the clutch in yet and 4th gear is all the higher it will hold some power. Im not a big fan of DL's I have a buddy who lost his ecm to one thats why i went with the tst.

I made 550 and change with the TST/MP-8 stack and a big single...stock CP3 and injectors.
