does anyone have any sugestions befor i do the transgo shift kit on my 47re?

 

Do a search. I recall someone having issues with the instructions and the number of holes that need to be drilled if you are using a stock converter.

 

I would strongly suggest taking it to a good transmission shop that specializes in drag racing for installation. The place I took my 2000 to was awesome and did a great install. They only charged me $200.00 labour and it made a big difference.

Nothing compared to a properly built tranny though.
