I was playing tonight in preparation for the drags coming up in a couple of weeks. Somehow I just couldn't get things to click. If I had the trans commander lock up the TC at 18mph it would dump into 2nd at lockup and boost was gone. If I locked it up at 30mph it wouldn't shift until 3500rpm and it took forever for the unlocked tc to build speed versus rpm. If I manual shifted 1st to 2nd it defueled. With RAD off it shifted but defueled. I played on launches for a while but it just wouldn't play the way it did in the fall. Any RAD Trans Commander experience would be appreciated.

I don't have a RAD...but I sure don't have any of those Commander issues. Maybe go look at the mess of a connection it is to hook that thing up and make sure all of the scotch locks are making good connections...then confirm under light throttle if your converter is locking up at the speed you command...then go somewhere form there????
