If you install it set to the same length as the stocker there's no need for an alignment.

Why are you changing the trac bar if it's not lifted?

The factory parts wear out quickly and are a big contributor to poor steering. Don's bar is vastly superior.

fisherguy- i just replaced the entire front end, including installing the dyna-trac free spinning hubs- the only the left to replace is the trac bar and to install the dss steering stabilizer. thanks guys.

The track bar should not have any affect on the wheel alignment but it might affect the steering wheel position. I'd like to know if the truck steers better with the new bar.

Don Thuren stated to me that its a good idea to use a trac bar even with a wheel and tire upgrade. I went to a 33X12.50 tire and a 10 inch wheel. He states that the trac bar will help with handling becasue of the wheel and tire width.
